Tech Support Engineers

Level 2 TSEs help make sure that all customer support issues are accurately and timely handled. They will acknowledge, reproduce, provide workarounds and resolution to support issues using the support portal and email. Aside from being a front-line support, they will also accept issues escalated by the first tier. Level 2s will be given wider access (than Level 1s) to support infrastructure, which will allow them to provide a more thorough investigation.

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related IT course
• Must have an excellent written communications skills using the English language
• Must have LINUX or UNIX system administration experience for at least 1 year
• Must be knowledgeable with UNIX- or LINUX-based systems
• Must be familiar with shell scripts

QA Engineers

QA Engineers usually do more than just test. They must have familiarity and understanding of the entire software development life cycle, possess strong communication skills, with excellent analytical, problem-solving skills. It's your team's job to anticipate problems or bugs in software projects, and such requires keen attention to detail and persistence.

• 1-2 years experience as a Web Application Tester
• Experience in writing test cases and preparing test plans
• Conceptual knowledge of testing process and strategies (ie: software development models, functional testing, performance testing, etc.)
• Solid knowledge of programming fundamentals
• Good conceptual understanding of the stateless nature of the web, and potential bugs around asynchronous operation
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Experience with any automated test tool (Selenium) is a plus
• Experience with load, stress, volume testing tools (JMeter) is a plus

Project Managers

As Project Manager, you will plan, manage and control all phases of the software development project across teams, including definition study with client, business process re-engineering, system analysis and design and actual implementation. You will monitor work deliverables through resource planning, project scheduling, time estimates and forecasting and coordinate with other departments for team support, including QA processes, if necessary. In addition, you must be able to manage risks and issues by anticipating and identifying back up plans to meet client specifications.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or any related IT course
• Has Project Management skill with at least 5 years work experience in a supervisory position
• Strong Object Oriented Programming using Java, preferably with J2EE or JEE experience
• Experience using Open Source frameworks/tools is an advantage

Infrastructure Architect

We're looking for a self motivated, adaptive thinking, Senior Infrastructure Architect to join an elite R&D team. This position will work out of the Cebu office and report to the IT Director.

• Design and implement highly available, production level, server architectures for Cloud Computing
• Design and implement server configuration automation using Puppet and similar systems
• Research and develop production server infrastructure on Linux, Unix and Windows servers, load balancers, routers and firewalls
• Code supporting server side Ruby to support above architectures

• Minimum 10 years of paid work experience with UNIX (preferably BSD based), Linux (preferably RedHat/CentOS) and Windows servers
• Must be highly experienced in current internet technologies, HTTP, SSH, SSL, firewalls, routers, etc.
• Must be highly experienced in network protocol (i.e., TCP/IP, DNS, NFS, DHCP)
• Proficient in the latest Linux/Unix distributions
• Proficient at Ruby or similar object oriented programming language
• Extensive programming experience required; experience w/ Ruby preferred
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as XEN and VMWare required

Ruby on Rails Developers

The Ruby on Rails team is growing and we need RoR developers who have had experience developing web as well as enterprise applications.

• At least two years experience in Rails with experience on databases a big advantage
• Must be a self-starter, self-learner and have the ability to work independently on projects

Network & Systems Administrator

We're looking for a senior level Network & Systems Administrator to work out of our Manila office, spanning remote site locations. This position will report to the IT Manager.

Server Setup & Administration

• Set up and maintain highly available, production level servers remotely
• Upgrading/maintaining server applications, system repairs and upgrades
• Design and deploy production LANs, WANs and Server infrastructure including Linux servers, routers, hubs, switches, load balancers, firewalls, DNS and other hardware
• Maintain and configure a central applications monitoring system for fault detection and SLA compliance
• Follow-up on remediation plans for escalations to ensure quick and effective resolution
• Ensure that all servers and their associated software applications are operational 24x7x365 with 99.99% uptime (SMS coverage is required)

User Support & Help Desk

• Serve as L3 infrastructure specialist for support team
• Work with call-tracking system to open, update and close help-desk tickets
• Experience in using Open Source frameworks/tools is an advantage
• Trouble shoots day-to-day personal computer and printer operating problems; identifies root cause and recommends and/or implements corrective action, coordinating with technical providers as needed

• Minimum 5 years of paid work experience with UNIX (preferably BSD based) and Linux (preferably RedHat/CentOS) servers
• Must have knowledge of network technologies, firewalls, routers, switches, etc.
• Must be proficient in network protocol (i.e., TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, SMB, DHCP)
• The applicant must be proficient in the latest Linux and Mac distributions; web experience a must
• Proficient at shell scripting
• Experience w/ Ruby a plus
• Must have flexible work hours
• Self sufficient and good at solving diverse issues

Content Engineer / Web Developer

• Provide graphic design services for projects ranging from simple web banners, landing pages to whole website themes
• Produce designs for print and other non-Web platforms
• Collaborate with designers and develop web user interfaces using HTML, CSS and Javascript
• Content engineer is expected to provide solutions on interactivity or usability goals within projects

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, HTML and CSS
• Experience in Drupal, Javascript/Jquery, Flash is a plus
